Marc was a Conciliator and, for a time, manager of the Conciliation branch of the Office of the Commissioner, Body Corporate and Community Management. In his role as Conciliator, Marc resolved hundreds of disputes between parties, by interpreting and applying the provisions of the BCCM legislation. Marc has also provided consultancy to Body Corporate committees and developers on the application of BCCM law, as well as other associated laws, inclucing, Anti Discrimination Law, Property Law, Residential Tenancy Law and Contract/Commercial Law.
