Marc Mercier is a former member of the Office of the Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management, leaving the Commissioner's Office in 2008 specifically to establish the firm of MMbcs, and then Mercier Body Corporate Services (MBCS) and Mercier Body Corporate Developments (MBCD).
